Noni Ras + Clove Essential Oil + Lavender Ylang Massage Oil
How to Use:-
Add 5 – 10 ml of Noni Ras in a glass of water and consume it empty stomach in the morning and in the evening (Do not consume anything at least 2 hours before taking Noni Ras). Do not consume anything for about 30 mins. after taking Noni Ras.
Add 3 - 4 drops of Clove Essential Oil to the steam/diffuser and inhale it at least once a day (preferably nighttime) for best results. You can sprinkle Clove Essential Oil on Handkerchief and inhale it directly.
Massage once a week by adding 2 – 3 drops of Clove Essential Oil in Lavender Massage Oil
